  • Invitation letter

    If you need an invitation letter prior the payment of your registration fees, please complete the registration process and check the box "I will proceed to the payment after my VISA approval" under the payment section.

  • Modification and cancellation policy

     - Cancellation and/or amendments received in writing prior to 8 September 2017: 50% penalties
     - Cancellation received after this date: no refund
     - Participant name replacement is accepted until 6 October 2017 with a handling fee of USD 50 per registrant. There will be no participant name replacement after this date and neither on-site.
    The organising committee shall not be held responsible for duplicate registration or visa refusal. In such instances, the cancellation policy shall apply.
